The Single Station Push Up Bar is a simple fitness aid which assists in doing push-ups. The elevated horizontal bar is set about a foot high after installation. Holding onto the bar makes it significantly easier to do push-ups than it is to do them on the ground, allowing anyone to do them without much difficulty. Push-ups are a timeless exercise because there are few better ways of building up arm and pectoral muscles.
The bar also keeps the user's body off of the ground, which is important for an outdoor fitness area since it keeps users from getting their hands and clothes dirty. The bar and support posts are made with durable steel materials, and special care has been taken to remove all sharp edges and corners from the design. The support posts come standard with blue paint, but other color options can also be requested from our sales staff.

Once you place your order, it is processed and you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes us 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process it. Then we will ship the package to you, please expect an additional period of 5 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri) until the order reaches you.

We offer free shipping on all orders within United States except Hawaii and Alaska.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.
Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events.
Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact out customer support within 30 days of receiving the product.
We do everything we can to process all orders correctly.
