Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have successfully received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We promptly contact our suppliers to verify that your item is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipping.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we have processed your payment, it will ship within five business days from the order date. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please reach out to us at support@playgroundemporium.com.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship within the USA. Some exceptions apply: if the website allows you to complete checkout and enter your shipping address, your order will be fulfilled. Certain products may also be available for shipment to Canada.
Address Changes
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that address changes may cause delays. Any additional fees incurred from our freight companies due to the change will be the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions.
Shipping Times
All shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We work closely with our vendors to ensure timely shipments. If you decide to cancel your order due to shipping delays, you will be responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other related expenses. Filing a chargeback for shipping delays will result in legal consequences for theft. No exceptions.
Shipping Options
Our standard "Curb-side Pickup" shipping is always free! This option typically takes 5-15 days for delivery after your order is submitted. We also offer additional shipping options:

Threshold Shipping: Your item will be delivered to your porch or a sheltered area, such as a garage.

White Glove Delivery: This premium option includes bringing your item into the room of your choice, minor assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
