The factory built wooden sets are custom built and available in approximately two weeks. Shipped by freight and is "curbside" delivery by contracted carriers.

We offer free shipping on all orders within United States except Hawaii and Alaska.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.

Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
