Swing Kingdom Traverse Swing Set

The Traverse playset offers a spacious and versatile play area for children of different ages and abilities. It consists of two towers of different heights, connected by a ramp. The lower tower, which is 5ft tall, has a staircase leading up to the poly deck and pergola roof. From there, children can enjoy sliding down the 10ft Avalanche slide or crossing the ramp to the higher tower. The higher tower, which is 7ft tall, has a Tic tac toe panel and other fun accessories like binoculars and telescope. Children can also slide down the 7ft Turbo twister or climb up the rock wall for more challenges. The playset also features a picnic table for snacks and breaks. A 3-position single swing beam allows for two belt swings and a baby swing or other options for swings.

Current production lead time for this product approximately 4 weeks as it is built to order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and a call to set up delivery. 

Shipping for this product is available for the contiguous 48 and can be estimated at checkout. Please reach out to us here if you'd like to inquire about shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

Installation

This product comes partially assembled and the cost for final install at your home is included in the shipping cost. You will receive a call before this item ships to set up delivery and install.

You must have clear access to the build site. It is recommended that all gates and access points provide at least 6" clearance on both sides of your playset's tower (listed in the specifications). For example if the swing set you are purchasing has a 4' x 4' tower, you will need at least 5' of clearance all the way to the installation site.

Shipping Process

Once you place your order, it is processed and you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes us 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process it. Then we will ship the package to you, please expect an additional period of 5 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri) until the order reaches you. 

You will receive tracking information on your order.

We offer free shipping on all orders within United States except Hawaii and Alaska.

Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.

Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events.

Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact out customer support within 30 days of receiving the product. 

We do everything we can to process all orders correctly. 

For questions about delivery of wrong products, please contact customer support. Please bear in mind that if you want to return goods, you are responsible for any return shipping. This excludes wrong items or damaged items delivered.

Cancellations

In order to eliminate unnecessary delays, you have 8 hours after your order is processed to potentially change your mind and cancel the order.
