This playset is perfect for adventurous kids who love to explore. It consists of a large hexagon tower and a smaller square tower. The hexagon tower can be reached by three different ways: a 5ft access ladder, a tower mounting ladder or a 5’x 5′ cargo net. This tower includes 2 different slides: a 10′ Avalanche slide and a 7′ turbo twister slide with clear sections. The square tower can be accessed by a bear paw climber, a 5′ access ladder, or a tower mounting ladder. It has a 5’turbo twister slide as well. The arched beam that connects the towers also serves as a swing beam, with two belt swings, a buoy ball and a tire swing under the hexagon tower. This playset will provide hours of fun and exercise for your kids.

Installation
This product comes partially assembled and the cost for final install at your home is included in the shipping cost. You will receive a call before this item ships to set up delivery and install.
You must have clear access to the build site. It is recommended that all gates and access points provide at least 6" clearance on both sides of your playset's tower (listed in the specifications). For example if the swing set you are purchasing has a 4' x 4' tower, you will need at least 5' of clearance all the way to the installation site.
If this is not possible for you, please contact us here and we can coordinate full assembly onsite.

Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.
Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events.
Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact out customer support within 30 days of receiving the product.

Cancellations
In order to eliminate unnecessary delays, you have 8 hours after your order is processed to potentially change your mind and cancel the order.
