This product is intended for single-family residential use only, by children ages two to ten, and has a maximum weight of 105 pounds.
The estimated set-up time for 2 people is 3 to 5 hours for the Factory Built Kit. Estimated Building Time to Build it Yourself 2 people is 4 to 6 hours.
The factory-built wooden sets are custom-built and available in approximately two weeks. Shipped by freight and is "curbside" delivery by contracted carriers.

Shipping Process
Once you place your order, it is processed and you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes us 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process it. Then we will ship the package to you, please expect an additional period of 5 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri) until the order reaches you.

We offer free shipping on all orders within United States except Hawaii and Alaska.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.
Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events.
Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact out customer support within 30 days of receiving the product.

Cancellations
