Childforms 8' x 8' Sandbox Package with Cover SBX-0002

Sandbox packages are a great addition to any playground environment or backyard setting. Constructed of Childforms Funtimbers and available are available in many sizes; each package includes the necessary number of Funtimbers and a custom fitted cover. The cover is a polyethylene mesh which allows water through, and the drawstring tightens to keep sand free of debris.

Shipping Process

Once you place your order, it is processed and you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes us 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process it. Then we will ship the package to you, please expect an additional period of 5 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri) until the order reaches you. 

You will receive tracking information on your order.

Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.

Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events.

Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact out customer support within 30 days of receiving the product. 

We do everything we can to process all orders correctly. 

For questions about delivery of wrong products, please contact customer support. Please bear in mind that if you want to return goods, you are responsible for any return shipping. This excludes wrong items or damaged items delivered.

Cancellations

In order to eliminate unnecessary delays, you have 8 hours after your order is processed to potentially change your mind and cancel the order.
