Jump into a safe and whimsical fortress of play with the Knoxville structure. Designed to accommodate children between six and 23 months, as well as older kids, this structure is great for a wide range of ages, interests, and ability levels. On the ground floor, children will engage with many charming pretend sets and activities, including a Drum Panel, Bench Panel, Elephant Crawl Through, a Store Panel, and a Car Panel, which all facilitate dramatic and creative play.
Bordered by a metal barrier, elevated platforms feature a charming Ship's Wheel to encourage kids to imagine life on the high seas, as well as a Bubble Panel, Tic-Tac-Toe Panel, and Gear Panel with rotating shapes and levers. And the 12" elevated platform attaches to an incline Crawl Tube for extra active fun. ADA compliant and full of safe events, and a line roof provides plenty of shade on sunny days.

Shipping Process
Once you place your order, it is processed and you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes us 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process it. Then we will ship the package to you, please expect an additional period of 5 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri) until the order reaches you.
You will receive tracking information on your order.
We offer free shipping on all orders within United States except Hawaii and Alaska.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.
Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events.
Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact out customer support within 30 days of receiving the product.
We do everything we can to process all orders correctly.
For questions about delivery of wrong products, please contact customer support. Please bear in mind that if you want to return goods, you are responsible for any return shipping. This excludes wrong items or damaged items delivered.
Cancellations
