4’ x 8’: Requires 0.56 cubic yards (15 cubic feet) of sand for a 4"–6" depth

8’ x 8’: Requires 1.07 cubic yards (29 cubic feet) of sand for a 4"–6" depth

Key Information
- Order handling: 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Order transit: 5 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Order cutoff time: 11am (CST) - this is if you need to determine your shipping arrival time. We accept orders 24hrs a day every day of the week.
Shipping Process
Once you place your order, it is processed and you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes us 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process it. Then we will ship the package to you, please expect an additional period of 5 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri) until the order reaches you.
You will receive tracking information on your order.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.
Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events.
Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact out customer support within 30 days of receiving the product.
We do everything we can to process all orders correctly.
For questions about delivery of wrong products, please contact customer support. Please bear in mind that if you want to return goods, you are responsible for any return shipping. This excludes wrong items or damaged items delivered.
Cancellations
In order to eliminate unnecessary delays, you have 8 hours after your order is processed to potentially change your mind and cancel the order.
