The Kingdom Lodge is a wonderful modern playhouse for kids. It has many windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kids can climb up the 5ft ladder with railing to reach the spacious porch, where they can choose to slide down the 10ft avalanche slide or enter the playhouse. Inside the playhouse, there is another slide, the 7ft Sidewinder, that adds more fun. The kids can also enjoy swinging on the 2 belt swings or the trapeze bar with rings. The Kingdom Lodge is a great way to encourage outdoor play and imagination.

Current production lead time for this product approximately 6 weeks as it is built to order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and a call to set up delivery.
Shipping for this product is available for the contiguous 48 and can be estimated at checkout. Please reach out to us here if you'd like to inquire about shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
Installation
This product comes partially assembled and the cost for final install at your home is included in the shipping cost. You will receive a call before this item ships to set up delivery and install.
You must have clear access to the build site. It is recommended that all gates and access points provide at least 6" clearance on both sides of your playset's tower (listed in the specifications). For example if the swing set you are purchasing has a 4' x 4' tower, you will need at least 5' of clearance all the way to the installation site.
If this is not possible for you, please contact us here and we can coordinate full assembly onsite.

Shipping Process
Once you place your order, it is processed and you will receive a confirmation email. It usually takes us 1 - 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process it. Then we will ship the package to you, please expect an additional period of 5 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri) until the order reaches you.
You will receive tracking information on your order.
We offer free shipping on all orders within United States except Hawaii and Alaska.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please wait for at least 3 more days over the maximum delivery period. If those 3 days have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact our customer support with your order number.
Delays usually occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or peak shopping events.
Damaged or Wrong Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact out customer support within 30 days of receiving the product.
